Sick, Sick, Sick!

Well my life has been a little hectic since Christy has been in town. We have been running around and doing all sorts of stuff. It has been way fun though. It seems that the holidays are a time for everyone to be sick and it sucks. It all started with Tyson's croup and Christy and Justin came and Justin has been sick the whole time so he has been hanging by himself downstairs because he doesn't want to get anyone else sick. Then Tyson got a cold and Jason did to so of course Joe and I got sick because we were constantly taking care of the kids. With the whole family sick it made for interesting days. Nobody wanted to take care of the kids because we were sick but some how we muddled through. I got a nice break from the kids when my mom offered to take them from me for a whole day, so I slept all day long and then the next night I couldn't sleep I was up until five o'clock in the morning and then I got two and a half hours of sleep. Jason woke up and was wheezing and having difficulty breathing which scared the crap out of me. So I took him to the doctor and found out that he had pnemonia, ear infection and croup. So he is a poor sick baby! It makes me way sad I feel so bad for him he has just been very sleepy. He is finally getting a little better but he still doesn't feel good and doesn't want to eat much! I hope we all feel better before Thanksgiving : ( !

Flu Shots...........

Well Tyson and Jason got their Flu shots today! With how sick they both have been I am glad to have that done! Hopefully we won't have an outbreak of the flu in our family like we did last year. When we got to the doctor Tyson was super excited to see the doctor. Normally when we go to the doctor it is so that Jason can see the doctor not Tyson. He was playing with the toys out in the waiting room and they called our name. Tyson had just been to the doctor not too long ago because he had croup and we always seem to have the same nurse when we go.Tyson recognized this nurse from the last time he was there and said mommy he is a mean doctor. I couldn't believe that he remembered that he thought he was mean from his last visit. He asked me who he should give the shot to first and I said Tyson because if he gave it to Jason first and Tyson saw him cry he would want to have nothing to do with the shot. Tyson got his shot and he didn't cry which was a relief! He is a tough kid! After he got the shot he said the cutest thing though! He said " Mommy that doctor hurt me!" The nurse gave him a Bandaid and he was fine. Then Jason got his shots and he cried! Jason will probably sleep for most of the day because that is how my kids react to shots hope fully they will be good for me and don't have any negative reactions to the shots!

A message to my Uncle David

Well Christy and Justin came to visit from Minnesota and I must say it has been an exciting visit! I am super exhausted though one thing about company is that you stay up much later than you would normally stay up! I need to keep myself focused though and keep up studying for my Anatomy and Physiology exam that is on Friday! I really need an A on the test so I can get an A in the class but we shall see how that works out! We have been very busy with things going on getting my house ready for company and spending time with my sista I never see! The kids are still as cute as ever however they are feeling tired as well! Tyson has decided not to take naps all of the sudden which has been super hard on me because he is way tired all the time and we are staying up late at my mom's house! Oh ya by the way Tyson has decided that he won't sleep at his meema's house anymore things are just too exciting so he has been a grump and I have about had enough of it! Christy took him shopping today though for his birthday and I think he wants pretty much everything in Toys R Us. She finally got him to limit it to one toy but it gave me great ideas for Christmas if anyone wants to know what he wants. Tyson has loved having his Aunt Critty and Uncle Justin here he can't get enough of them. Tyson just got over having Croup he had a really hard time with that because he couldn't stop coughing and we weren't able to be around baby Jaxon for fear he would get RSV so we were staying home which is always hard for him. He is all better now and I can't be happier.......... so can he! Jason has been his usual adorable self he is getting so close to crawling it is ridiculous! He gets up on his hands and knees and rocks he has moved himself forward just a lil bit! I can't believe how big he is getting I wish he would go back to being that adorable newborn I could cuddle but I love him anyway! That is all for now!

I Got this really cute collage of my two boys! I decided to get a picture of the two boys together and another one of each of them separate!

We took the boys to get their pictures taken and they did so good! I was so proud of Tyson because the last few times of taking him to get his pictures it took a lot to get a good picture, but this time we did and I was very happy! Jason is at the perfect picture stage and we got a ton of good pictures of him! Here are some of the awesome pictures that we got! So enjoy!

Tyson and Jason in the Bath

Tyson and Jason have begun to take baths together! Jason gets such a kick out of Tyson he laughs the entire time! Last night when they took a bath while I was washing Tyson up and putting water on his head he couldn't stop laughing! I thought tonight I would take a video of it on my camera and share with everyone because I thought it was adorable I hope you all get a kick out of it like I did! These are my boys and they are getting so big but they are still as cute as ever!

Wow my kids are old!

Well it seems that my kids are getting way to big despite me wanting them to stay little! Jason is eating solid foods now and is getting a handle on it! I first thought that he was going to be picky because he wouldn't eat a lot of foods, but he is definitely coming around. At first he didn't like squash but now he loves it! I just need to keep feeding him foods he didn't like at first like peas and carrots so we will see how he does with them. He is so cute when he wants food he makes this cute face and sticks his tongue out it is so adorable. Jason also holds his own bottle while he eats which is really nice because now I can do things while he is eating. He has now learned to put his binky in his mouth and he loves to have it upside down it is so cute. Tyson is just so big now and I am amazed everyday with things that he has learned! Right now he is really into Transformers and he owns a bunch of them, and when he plays with them he uses this really funny angry voice. The only time that it isn't cute when he uses that voice is when I am getting after him for being naughty and he uses that voice right back at me. Tyson is so smart he knows most of his letters and can sing his ABC's. He goes to daycare right now at my school and he has learned so much there! Everyday is a surprise for me!

Tyson and Joe's Birthday

Tyson and Joe had their birthday on October 23, 2008! Joe turned 22 and Tyson turned 3! Wow I can't believe that he is getting so big and getting so old! We had two birthday parties to celebrate their birthday the first party was on October 19 and we celebrated it with my family before Jaxon was born! Tyson had a pirate icecream cake and he got an Optimus Prime and Megatron action figure from his Meema and he also got a total of 65 dollars from his Grandma and Grandpa Haines, Grandma and Grandpa Gottlob,Grandma and Grandpa Shaw, Aunt Kathy and Uncle Mark. At the second party he had a chocolate cake with yellow frosting for Bumblebee, this party was at Joe's Parents house. He got a Transformers tent from Oma and Papa, A skateboarder toy from Kayleen and Buddy, An outfit from Grandma and Grandpa Shepard and Transformers Dish set and a Cars shirt from Amanda and Simon. We got Tyson his pirate Sketchers that he had been asking for and a pirate ship toy. Joe also got money and some pants from his Mom and Dad! Overall Tyson and Joe had an awesome Birthday they got a lot for their Birthday and Tyson had a blast singing happy birthday to himself and to Burton. Tyson bought three Bumblebee toys, a Jazz toy and An Airplane transformer with his Birthday money.

Happy Halloween!

Last Friday was Halloween and my two boys had a blast Trick or Treating! Tyson and Jason both dressed up as Pirates! We had a very busy day! First I took the boys to Trick or Treat street at Snake River Landing with Kayleen and Burton! Tyson had a blast even though the line was super long! We Finally made it through the line and then we picked up the Pizza and headed to Joe's aunt Kathy's house to do some more Trick or Treating and eat Pizza! Tyson got so much Candy and was on a sugar high by the end of the night! After we finished Trick or Treating Joe and I took the kids to my Mom's house for pictures and so the boys could see their Meema and we saw baby Jaxon he was dressed up as a bee. He was such a cute lil bee. Then we went home and chilled with Buddy and Kayleen for the rest of the night! We had a good Halloween!

New Blog!

Well I finally joined the blog bandwagon! Kayleen helped me set this up I think that this will be a great way to keep all of my family members all over the country up to date on my family and what is going on in our life. I hope I will be able to keep everyone as up to date as they want to be!
